The user expressly agrees and acknowledges that the company collects and stores personal information while providing services. When you sign up on the Web Site, we may collect the following information-
Information About the User-
5.1 Name, Age, Gender, and Address.
5.2 User id, Email address, phone number and other contact information of the user.
5.3 KYC documents of the user (applicable in certain services wherein the same is a regulatory requirement).

The user is aware that we automatically collect certain information about the user that cannot be used to personally identify the user. These types of information are - anonymous usage data, general demographic information, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform type, preferences you submit, etc.

"Personal Information" shall mean the information which identifies a Learner i.e., first and last name, identification number, email address, age, gender, location, photograph and/or phone number provided at the time of registration or any time thereafter on the Platform.
"Sensitive Personal Information" shall include (i) passwords and financial data (except the truncated last four digits of credit/debit card), (ii) health data, (iii) official identifier (such as biometric data, number, social security number, driver's license, passport, etc.,), (iv) information about sexual life, sexual identifier, race, ethnicity, political or religious belief or affiliation, (v) account details and passwords, or (vi) other data/information categorized as 'sensitive personal data' or 'special categories of data' under the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and / or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) ("Data Protection Laws") and in context of this Policy or other equivalent / similar legislations.
Usage of the term 'Personal Information' shall include 'Sensitive Personal Information' as may be applicable to the context of its usage.

If however, you are facing any issues or require any clarifications, you can always write to us at the address noted in the 'Grievances' section below, and we will address your concerns to the extent required by the applicable law.
Right to Confirmation and Access: You have the right to get confirmation and access to your Personal Information that is with us along with other supporting information.
12.1 Right to Correction: You have the right to ask us to rectify your Personal Information that is with us that you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to update your Personal Information that you think is incomplete or out-of-date.

13. Do not track:
When you choose to access the website or use our service, we use commonly used tools and cookies to recognize your visit, authenticate you, your location, etc. Tracking is necessary in order to provide services requested by you. Tracking your use of the website helps us serve you better and provide customized services and user experience. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals at the moment. You need to enable JavaScript and cookies on your browser and ensure correct clock time set on your computer/mobile phone to be able to use the system properly.

Following registration, you can review and change the information You submitted at the stage of registration, except Email ID. An option for facilitating such change shall be present on the Website and such change shall be facilitated by the User. If You change any information, we may or may not keep track of Your old information. We will not retain in our files information you have requested to remove for certain circumstances, such as to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our terms and conditions. Such prior information shall be completely removed from our databases, including stored ‘back up’ systems.
